Exchange for a Voucher and we’ll gift you an extra NZD $10 to spend! Simply post your item to: Modern Societies 14A Southern Cross Road Kohimarama 1071 Auckland As soon as we receive your item(s), we'll send you an e-voucher which will be equal to the price you paid plus NZD $10. Your voucher will be valid for 12 months.* *Please allow 12 days for your return to reach us.	Would you like a refund instead? Not a problem! Returns Policy

In order for you item(s) to be valid for return it must meet the following criteria:
- return shipping is at the customer's expense and Modern Societies takes no responsibility for lost parcels (we recommend tracking your parcel) - be a full priced item (includes full priced items purchased using a discount code) - be unworn and unwashed and in the original packaging - have all original tags still attached - not smell of perfume, body odour, deodorant or washing powder - be free of make-up or tan marks - earrings cannot be returned - no returns on sale items *Returns may take up to 12 business days to be processed. The original delivery fee will NOT be refunded or given as store credit. Customers who received item(s) with a manufacturing fault or incorrectly are entitled to a full refund and free return delivery. Returned Items that do not meet the criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer's cost. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refunds to reach your method of payment.
